The Fine Print & Ordering Guidelines

  • Kim requests that you place your order a minimum of 7 - 10 days in advance of when you require your baked goods, unless there is a promotional offer, in which case, a deadline for ordering will be provided.

  • Contact Kim by E-mail, text or Facebook/Instagram with your initial request and she'll verify details and provide a quote. Once finalized, an order cannot be changed.

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when an order is placed and finalized; the remaining 50% must be paid at least 24 hours prior to delivery/pick-up.  E-transfer is the preferred payment method.

  • If a cancellation occurs between time of deposit and 48 hours prior to the delivery date/time, the remaining 50%  will not be due and payable to Pink Signature Baked Goods, but the deposit will be retained.

  • Prices listed on this website are subject to change; however, a final quote will not be altered if pricing is adjusted on the site after receiving your finalized quote.

  • Delivery/transport fees may apply, and  added to the quote.

  • Because each item is individually crafted, there may be slight variations in design. Products may not be identical to photos on the website or on social media.

  • Since there is only 1 person handcrafting these edible creations, Pink Signature can only take so many orders in a week. A finalized order is subject to Kim's availability.

  • Once items have been delivered, Pink Signature Baked Goods is not responsible for damage to the order.

  • Customers are responsible to remove any inedible decorations from the baked goods prior to serving. Kim will advise if your order contains such decorations.

  • Pink Signature Baked Goods are made of natural ingredients, so they do not have the extended shelf life of most supermarket baking, which contain additives and preservatives to ensure a prolonged shelf life.

  • You can store your goods for 1 - 2 days at room temperature in an airtight container. Refrigeration is discouraged, as this may dry out the cupcakes/cakes. You can also freeze your items in an airtight container for up to 3 months; however, please allow 4 - 6 hours for the goods to be brought to room temperature before serving.
